Splish, Splash, and Dash -Crystal Lake- consists of 1-Mile, 2-Mile, 200-yard, and 500-yard Open Water Swim races on Crystal Lake

reminder - no practice this coming friday 3-14. i will be swimming at EBC at 6pm on friday if anyone wants to join me.

i hope everybody has been swimming and taking care of themselves.

next swim practice will be longcourse 3-21 and 3-28.
